Found a fun little vintage desk, table and chairs, and buffet.

Now this pretty little (enormous) chair has no home. :( I might have to sell it.

I wasn't feeling the original color scheme of the sitting room,
so I changed it up with a few slipcovers and rugs.

After the overhaul-

1 Craigslist bench ($30)
I reupholstered this little bench and added a few canvas bins for storage.

We spend a lot more time in this room now...
I think it's just because the atmosphere is calming.

These letters took upwards of 6 coats of paint.

I keep meaning to post - but I honestly don't know what to say.

Suffice it to say that I'm alive and we are surviving this shift one day at a time.

Here's a big THANK YOU to my wonderful support group. My insane phone calls and texts will hopefully die down in the next couple of weeks. Brian switches shifts in December. But thanks for listening and helping me cope. :)
